Health Checks

Our experienced marine service engineers specialise in providing a step by step assessment of the actual condition of your Voith Schneider Propeller and Fi-Fi systems, from the wheelhouse to the propeller tip. This essential condition based assessment allows an owner or operator to schedule maintenance activities according to condition, and to correct small problems before they become critical issues.

Simulator Training

The Voith Schneider training simulator at the South African Maritime Training Academy (SAMTRA) in Simon's Town, Cape Town, exposes port authorities and tugboat owners or operators in the region to the safe operation of a Voith Water Tug by increasing the Tug Masters knowledge of ship handling theory and practice.
The ability to safely maneuver a VWT tug during various ship handling operations can be modeled and practiced in a virtual, but very realistic environment.

Training Masters
